Discover an elegant restaurant, four-interconnecting Drawing Rooms, two lounges, three bars and a beautiful courtyard garden nestled within Lady Home’s historic 18th Century house. Perhaps more important than the accommodations are the club’s (semi-)public spaces, which include a pair of restaurants as well as no fewer than three bars and a handful of lounges and drawing rooms as well. It’s here that you’ll mingle — discreetly, of course — with not only hotel guests but club members as well. That, more than the location, the amenities, or the style of the rooms, is the key to the appeal of a place like Home House.
I grew up a couple of miles from here so the hotel is ideally located in a lovely area of Portman Square/Marylebone and is a 6 minute walk from Marble Arch station which made it easy for my friends to meet me. There are many good restaurants & pubs that are within walking distance. The hotel staff were all professional and what stood out most was their genuine liking for one another which made the hotel atmosphere very pleasant. I was also presented with a complimentary glass of prosecco and a bowl of fruit when I checked into my room which made my introduction to the waiting of my room worth it.
